    Tony Lourakis is the co-founder and CEO of Fleet Complete, one of the fastest growing global technology companies. As Chief Executive Officer, he drives the company’s vision and inspires various teams to achieve ambitious growth goals, while continuously innovating leading-edge software solutions. His excellent leadership skills, along with his in-depth knowledge of software design, have been instrumental to Fleet Complete’s current position as the global IoT industry leader.

    Tony had the makings of an entrepreneur from the onset of his career and, during his college years, he founded a first level systems support house and IT solutions provider, Canlogic Solutions. In 1998, Tony identified the opportunity to develop a software solution for the courier industry and teamed up with Andrew Merisanu to create Courier Complete, the genesis to what is today Fleet Complete.

    With Tony’s vision and strong leadership acumen, Fleet Complete has not only grown continuously since its inception, but has also ranked, year after year, on such prestigious lists as Profit 100 and 200, Deloitte Fast500, and Braham 300, among others.

    Tony holds an Honors degree in Computer Science from Seneca College and has been recognized as one of Canada’s best young entrepreneurs, featured in numerous publications.

    As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fleet Complete, David leads the company’s global sales operations that are geared to surpass business objectives. Driven by his strive for excellence, David establishes competitive goals and winning methodologies for his highly dedicated teams to propel Fleet Complete as the industry leader in IoT.

    With more than 16 years of experience in the carrier, mobility and software markets across North America, David brings profound knowledge and business acumen, carefully designing progressive sales processes and re-aligning product offerings to best fit the market demand.

    With his drive to excel, he extends beyond “getting the job done”, having a track record of outstanding results in implementing go-to-market strategies for big enterprises like Blackberry, under which he grew the AT&T business division by 90%.

    In his spare time, David is an avid hockey coach and an active participant of the Art of Transition Business Transformation project.

    Jamal is the current president of FieldWorker and the Executive Vice President of Professional Services at Fleet Complete, overseeing the department’s strategy and daily operations. With excellent technical skills and ability to build strong relationships with both, the customers and his team, Jamal continuously offers clients the customized solutions they need, while contributing to Fleet Complete’s bottom line.

    He has more than 18 years of experience in software project sales, development, management, business analysis and client management. Prior to joining Fleet Complete, Jamal ran his own custom software solutions company for more than four years with outstanding results.

    Jamal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the prestigious Hastings College in the United States. He is also an avid tennis player and was ranked #1 on the Hastings College tennis team.

    Jerry has been with Fleet Complete since 2009, leading the Canadian sales team and nurturing key partner relationships. As the current Executive Vice President of Business Development, Jerry is responsible for establishing strategic partnership programs, locally and internationally, together with helping drive Fleet Complete’s expansion overseas.

    Bringing 16 years of experience in the telecommunications and software companies, most notably in Rogers, Sony and TELUS, Jerry leads a group cross-functional teams to bring various projects to life and achieve business growth year after year.

    As a consummate professional, committed to the company’s success, Jerry ensures quick delivery of results and added value for key stakeholders.

    Larry has worked with Fleet Complete for over 13 years, initially as HR strategy and recruitment consultant and as of 2014, in the role of EVP Human Resources. Larry’s entrepreneurial background (listed on the Profit 100, 2007) and acumen in all spheres of Leadership, HR and Recruitment allow for a strong voice, representing the company’s values of People, Productivity, Quality, Innovation and Community.

    Presently, as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Fleet Complete, he has ownership over the design, development and execution of all strategic HR initiatives with a keen focus on the company’s global growth and expansion.

    Together with his highly-dedicated team, Larry continues to cultivate a “first class” employee experience. He led the construction of the current state-of-the-art global headquarters downtown Toronto from initiation to implementation, ensuring that the new office fully reflects what Fleet Complete intrinsically stands for – innovation, open working culture and optimal productivity.

    Larry has a Master’s degree in HR from York University and enjoys martial arts, having deep appreciation for discipline and mental strength.

    As Chief Financial Officer at Fleet Complete, George ensures the sustainability of the company’s rapid growth, providing the right financial infrastructure and resources in place to promote further expansion and increase stakeholder value.

    Bringing a wealth of knowledge in his field and more than 25 years of senior business and financial management experience, predominantly in the technology industry, George is building a solid internal framework and harmoniously leads his team to professional growth and success.

    Prior to joining Fleet Complete, George served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSX-listed companies, such as Redline Communications Inc., Xenos Group and SAMSys Technologies, successfully demonstrating strong leadership, organization, communication and robust financial reporting.

    On the personal side, George is not all about numbers and reports. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto and the title of International Risk Champion from 2005, unveiling his inner strategist.

    A 20-year IT industry veteran, Alan is set to shape Fleet Complete’s business solutions strategy in the next phase of innovation and growth across some of the most transformative trends to date – Big Data analytics and Internet of Things (IoT).

    In his role as CTO, Alan directs the new generation of product development at Fleet Complete, supporting the company’s growth on the international stage. He brings an incredible breadth of experience in building and developing high-growth technology companies across various verticals like healthcare, telecommunications and enterprise workload management.

    A University of Waterloo graduate with a Computer Engineering degree, Alan has built his professional acumen in companies like IBM, Cybermation, Redknee and PointClickCare. Throughout his progressive career in the software industry, he has helped create product value by understanding customer problems and building technology solutions that improve business outcomes and realize rapid growth potentials.

    A true technologist and strategist, Alan is greatly involved in the startup ecosystem as an advisor and mentor to various young companies, helping them focus on customer value and preparing them to scale rapidly.

    Well-known in the industry’s C-Suite circles as a thought leader, driving clarity in strategic thinking, Sandeep Kar brings unparalleled expertise and experience in propelling growth in a commercial vehicle ecosystem.

    Specializing in advanced connected truck technologies and associated business models, Kar previously served as Global Vice President at Frost & Sullivan, heading the research for the organization’s automotive and transportation practice and redefining strategic paradigms around products, platforms, processes, and personnel.

    He is a frequent keynote and panel speaker at leading conferences across the board and is often quoted in the industry’s prominent journals and publications.

    In his new role, Kar will lead Fleet Complete’s corporate strategy as the organization focuses on dynamic and sustainable growth, driven by a combination of state-of-the-art IoT technologies, value-driven econometrics, mobile resource management applications, and penetration of developed and emerging markets.

    Guided by his vision, the company will be broadening its reach to lead the global commercial vehicle space and develop new technology standards in the industry.

    Jai Shekhawat is the Founder and former CEO of Fieldglass, now part of SAP. Under his leadership, the Fieldglass platform has grown globally with users in 100+ countries and 18 languages. In 2012, he was Ernst & Young’s Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as the recipient of the Peter Yessne Staffing Innovator Award, recognized for pioneering the Vendor Management Software (VMS) space.

    Jai is a former strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he served clients in areas of corporate strategy, technology and cross-border alliances. He is also a former senior executive at Syntel, a software services firm in Michigan and the co-founder of Quinnox, an application outsourcing firm.

    He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Field Museum of Chicago and is a founding member of the Firestarter Fund, which mentors and invests in Chicago startups.

    With more than twenty years of technology and leadership experience, Tony Detter is responsible for Asurion’s business in Japan. He also plays a leading role in key client relationships across the globe, driving Asurion product strategy and customer experience.

    Tony joined Asurion in 2003 with responsibility for executing Asurion’s acquisition strategy. Subsequently, he has had senior leadership roles in client relations, product management, supply chain and customer care.

    Prior to joining Asurion, Tony spent almost a decade with Hewlett-Packard, where he held a variety of operations and marketing roles, including worldwide product management for the company’s Intel server line. He also built the product marketing function for two software startups in Silicon Valley.
