October 14, 2021, Utrecht – Fleet Complete has now officially become Parkmobile’s partner in the Netherlands. This allows Dutch customers to have their parking sessions stop automatically as they leave the parking lot, thanks to the link between the two platforms. This results in lower parking costs, fewer parking fines, and simplified parking administration.
The launch of Parkmobile’s new feature AutoStop fills a very big need for the Dutch business community: the automatic stop of a parking meter when driving away from the parking lot. “Through our new partnership with Parkmobile, we can help companies reduce costs and simplify parking administration,” says Ryanne van der Wiele, Sales Manager Benelux at Fleet Complete. “We are very pleased that we can now offer our customers this additional service. With one click, AutoStop is activated and the company can immediately reap the benefits from the solution.”
Companies that do not yet have telematics in their vehicles can easily subscribe with one of the two telematics providers and then activate a Parkmobile for Business option. The hardware is, then, linked to the Parkmobile app for simple, fast, and cheaper parking.
From a user perspective, the drivers will no longer need to handle manual administration: trips are automatically registered, and ongoing parking actions are automatically stopped. “This is precisely the reason that we enter into partnerships with partners like Parkmobile. We want to make the work of fleet managers and drivers on the road easier. They can now focus on what matters: arriving on time for the next appointment, keeping customers happy, and bringing in new business”, adds van der Wiele.
